The Arbitration Rules and the Reference Guide to AF's Agreements and Rules have been updated. The updates consisted of formatting and grammatical changes to improve readability. No substantive changes were made to the rules. With over 98 percent of new arbitration filings being filed in AF’s TRS application, both documents now emphasize the application of the rules to cases filed in TRS.
