As part of our ongoing platform modernization efforts, we regularly evaluate reports and visualizations based on adoption, value, and long-term sustainability.

Following a review of usage metrics, we found that Damage Dispute Insights has limited usage across our membership. 

On November 30, 2026, we will retire Damage Dispute Insights.

This decision allows us to focus our resources on higher-value capabilities that provide greater benefit to our members.
