You spoke, we listened! AF is excited to announce that work is nearing completion on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for TRS. Based on member feedback, the KPIs will be presented in a similar fashion to the Online Filing (OLF) dashboard. The KPIs included will, at a summary level, inform member companies on their recovering and responding efforts and assist them in evaluating their arbitration workflows. These analytics will be the first phase of what AF plans to offer. There will be additional analytics related to the KPIs provided in the future based upon member feedback.
To render decisions that meet our memberships’ quality expectations, arbitrators must remain knowledgeable about AF rules, hearing procedures, and system functionality.
