On December 8, 2025, Arbitration Forums, Inc. (AF) will be launching the new and improved arbitrator onboarding process! This process will introduce a new arbitrator registration form aimed at improving the onboarding experience. In addition, we will be streamlining testing by moving all exams into AF’s Arbitrator Testing site.
With the new process, aspiring arbitrators can take advantage of several benefits.
- Reduced touchpoints – Aimed at providing ease of use and simplifying onboarding, the new process will involve two websites: the registration form and AF’s Arbitrator Testing site.
- Self-service registration – Aspiring arbitrators will now be able to initiate the onboarding process through the new registration form.
- Focused questions – The registration form will provide a dynamic set of questions based on the types of cases an arbitrator is interested in hearing.
- Single testing platform – AF’s Arbitrator Testing site will house all onboarding exams, eliminating the need to juggle multiple testing sites.
To ensure the safety of our systems, login credentials will be required to access the new registration form. If a prospective arbitrator does not currently have login credentials for AF’s website, they will need to request one through their company’s security administrator.
AF is looking forward to introducing this new process aimed at improving efficiency for arbitrators!
